Strategy & Marketing Coordinator (Health & Wellness)

We are hiring on behalf of a sound healing business. We're proud to share that they are thriving and their social media channel operations running smoothly under a dedicated AssistWorld associate.

With this, they are expanding their digital ecosystem. We are looking for an analytical, creative, and proactive Strategy & Marketing Coordinator to help launch and scale our new digital initiatives.

This will include supporting virtual training programs, online offerings, and a brand-new website membership portal.

You will work directly on cross-channel marketing strategies, funnel optimization, and membership growth to bridge our core offerings with our new digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Funnels: Develop and execute marketing plans to launch virtual training programs and grow subscriber retention for the new website membership portal.

• Campaign & Content Coordination: Work alongside our Social Media Strategist to align promotional campaigns, email marketing, and landing pages with overall business goals.

• Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Plan, write, and deploy targeted email sequences, launch flows, and subscriber retention communications.

• Website & Portal Optimization: Oversee the customer journey across the membership portal and online store, focusing on conversions and user experience.

• Performance & Growth Tracking: Monitor marketing funnel metrics, portal membership growth, and engagement performance to continually refine our strategy.

• Trend & Market Analysis: Stay plugged into the health, wellness, mindfulness, and online education spaces to keep our product positioning authentic and competitive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing coordination, digital strategy, or growth marketing, ideally within the wellness, e-learning, or subscription space.

• Strong grasp of email marketing, sales funnels, and membership portal growth mechanics.

• Excellent written and verbal command of English.

• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple digital product launches simultaneously.

• Comfortable analyzing conversion data and translating insights into strategy.

Bonus Skills

• Hands-on experience with membership platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Teachable, WordPress/MemberPress).

• Personal passion for or experience in health, wellness, mindfulness, or sound healing.
