About the Company

We're a PR and digital marketing agency helping iconic consumer brands grow through influencer marketing, public relations, and social media. Our mission: build cult brands with superfans who do the marketing for them — not by following culture, but by becoming part of it.

We offer three core services — Social Media, Public Relations, and Influencer Marketing. We're specialists across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. We reverse-engineer strategy based on where a business really stands, because a legacy brand and a startup need completely different playbooks. We put clients inside the conversations people are already having, rather than interrupting them, and draw on what's worked — and flopped — across our own experience, so clients don't have to make those same mistakes themselves.

We serve two main client verticals: consumer brands (in food & beverage and health & wellness), and immersive experiences (ticketed, multi-location concepts like enrollment programs, in-mall activations, VR art experiences, and museum-style experiential brands). Our roster includes some of the world's most recognized consumer, entertainment, and social media companies.

In 17 years, we've earned Gold at the American Business Awards, been named a 2026 Global Top 10 Agency by 50PROS, worked with ByteDance (the company behind TikTok), and counted Richard Branson among our earliest clients — we launched all of Virgin's social channels, and he wrote our tagline.

OUR COMPANY VALUES guide our team and shape our culture:

  • 🚀 Proactivity: We act before we're asked
  • ❤️ Passion: We care deeply about our work and the impact it creates
  • 🔑 Ownership: We treat our clients' businesses as if they were our own
  • 📈 Results: We hold ourselves to the highest standards and push past industry benchmarks

We're a fully remote, all-women team spanning Canada, the United States, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Denmark, Nigeria, India, and Australia.

Our culture is fast-paced, high-trust, and genuinely passionate about social, PR, and influencer marketing. Slack is our backbone. We don't micromanage — everyone manages up proactively so leadership always knows what's in motion. The team gets real autonomy in return: flexible schedules, trust-based vacation, and the freedom that comes from performing at a high level.

We work with global companies and we expect that caliber from everyone on the team. Our average team member stays five years — unheard of in agencies. People who leave often come back. That's not an accident.

About the Role

We're looking for a remote Influencer & UGC Coordinator to join our Influencers & UGC Team and own the execution behind our influencer campaigns and UGC sourcing. Your work spans the full process — from finding creators who align with our clients' brand identities to seeing content live and reporting on results.

In this role, you'll spend most of your time on manual talent discovery across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; managing outreach, negotiations, and ongoing communication; coordinating content briefing, review, and approval cycles; and tracking campaign performance across four to five simultaneous accounts. The goal: content that consistently drives engagement and trust.

This is not a background role. You'll own your portion of each campaign end-to-end, and the quality of your work is what props the rest of the team up. Our Director Of Influencer & Partnerships started in this exact role five years ago. We're looking for the next version of that.

Our IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 3–5 years of experience in roles like Influencer Marketing Coordinator, Creator Partnerships Manager, or UGC Manager, or related, plus 3+ years of agency experience. You follow creators across multiple verticals because you genuinely love it, with an instinct for what stands out and what feels authentic versus forced. You understand why a creator fits a campaign and why a piece of content will resonate. You can manage eight to ten creator relationships across four to five campaigns without dropping a thread, stay calm when talent gets difficult, and build warm, professional relationships entirely over text. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, plugged into Gen Z and millennial US culture in real time — not aspirationally. You're resourceful — you find a way to make things work, even when the obvious options are off the table. You're the kind of person who can be handed something and trusted to see it through, without being chased.

Performance Metrics: Your performance will be measured by the quality and accuracy of your talent rosters, timeliness of campaign milestones, volume of edits required on submitted content, and weekly and monthly KPIs — with a structured 30/60/90-day review.

Reporting Structure: You'll be part of our Influencers & UGC Team within the Digital arm, collaborating across the broader team. This position reports directly to the Director Of Influencer & Partnerships.

You'll be doing things like:

  • Campaign Preparation & Strategy Support: prepping kickoff agendas and pre-meeting materials for the Director of Influencer & Partnerships; capturing call notes and recordings for follow-up; building workback timelines in Notion; getting briefed on each account via strategy docs; aligning influencer/UGC strategy with client campaign objectives; drafting client emails and follow-ups for Director review
  • Influencer Discovery & Roster Building: manually sourcing micro- and mid-tier creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using hashtag research, SEO, folder systems, and AI-assisted prompts; matching talent to campaigns on audience fit, content style, and cultural relevance — not just follower count
  • Outreach, Negotiation & Contracts: initiating outreach using director-approved templates; negotiating rates within campaign budgets; finalizing rosters for client review once interest and rates are confirmed; sending contracts for e-signature and collecting onboarding info
  • Content Briefing & Creative Review: developing creative briefs and walking talent through them; managing concept submissions to prevent costly reshoots; reviewing content for brand fit, guideline adherence, and brand safety; consolidating feedback using AI tools; communicating revision notes with clear timestamps
  • Campaign Monitoring & Performance Reporting: monitoring content in the 24-hour post-publish window for tagging errors, music violations, or guideline misses; sharing ad codes for whitelisting amplification; logging screenshot metrics into reporting spreadsheets; tracking performance via Lefty.io; contributing to Canva-built client reporting decks; analyzing results against objectives and recommending improvements
  • CRM, Industry Knowledge & Process Support: maintaining our Notion-based influencer CRM, organized by vertical, platform, and engagement tier; staying current on creator trends, platform shifts, and US pop culture to inform campaign strategy; surfacing relevant intel to the Digital team; supporting internal process improvements and senior team members as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in roles like Influencer Marketing Coordinator, Creator Partnerships Manager, UGC Manager, or related.
  • 3+ years of agency experience (required)
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creator ecosystems
  • Ability to evaluate talent fit based on audience, niche, content quality, and brand fit
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets, creator platforms, and Google Drive
  • Plugged into US pop culture, Gen Z/millennial trends, and the creator economy in real time
  • Strong written communication — able to draft outreach, continue conversations beyond templates, and navigate negotiations professionally
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships simultaneously without losing track of timelines or deliverables
  • High EQ — able to build genuine relationships with creators over text and handle difficult personalities without escalating
  • Passionate about influencer marketing — you understand why things perform, not just what's trending
  • Executor mindset — you move fast, hit deadlines, manage up proactively, and don't wait to be told what to do next

Bonus if you also have:

  • Negotiation experience — you've brought talent rates in under budget and know how to hold a line respectfully
  • A natural creative eye — you bring fresh angles, think outside the brief, and have genuine taste for what makes content land
  • Familiarity with tools like: Lefty.io, Notion, Canva, Google Alerts, Grammarly, Gemini, ChatGPT, Google Suite, Clockify
