Why we exist
Every decision a business makes, from the suppliers it trusts to the risks it accepts, eventually shows up as spend. This makes spend data the most honest record of how a company operates. Not the strategy deck or the org chart: spend describes what really happened.
This record exists, but it's scattered across dozens of systems and decades of legacy technology. Companies spending billions a year still can't easily answer: Who are our suppliers? Where are we exposed? What are we paying for twice?
We believe a business that can't see itself clearly can't make great decisions. Deducta exists to give the world's most complex organisations a true picture of how they operate, and the intelligence to act on it. Our ambition is to become the category-defining platform for enterprise data intelligence.
We're well funded, growing fast, and have already processed more than £1 trillion of spend for some of the world's largest and most recognisable companies. Our partners use Deducta to deliver major business transformations orders of magnitude faster.
Why this role matters
Our customers are some of the world's largest companies, and every partnership depends on Deducta delivering the measurable outcomes we've committed to. This role owns delivery for a set of our enterprise accounts, from sales handover through implementation, adoption and ongoing value. You'll report to the Chief of Staff.
You'll work directly with senior leaders at our customers, run complex programmes end to end, and work closely with whoever leads our customer function. You'll have the autonomy to shape how Deducta delivers and help make that model repeatable.
What you'll do
Account delivery: Own delivery for a set of enterprise accounts end to end, from sales handover through implementation, adoption, value realisation and ongoing partnership.
Enterprise programmes: Translate customer objectives into clear workstreams, milestones, owners and dependencies, and keep complex programmes moving.
Senior relationships: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from day-to-day programme leads through CPOs, CFOs and other executives.
Data and platform: Work directly with customer data and the Deducta platform, understanding each customer's business so our work produces meaningful insights and outcomes.
Implementation and adoption: Identify blockers early, coordinate the right resources across product and engineering, and make sure customer learnings shape how we improve the product.
Delivery playbook: Turn what works on your accounts into repeatable processes the wider customer team can use.
Success in this role means:
Trusted partner: Your customers see Deducta as a partner that consistently delivers against its commitments.
Predictable implementations: Implementations move quickly, with risks and blockers surfaced early rather than through firefighting.
Visible value: Customers adopt the platform, can articulate the value Deducta creates, and keep deepening how they use it.
Repeatable delivery: The processes you build make delivery faster and more consistent across accounts.
Who you are
We're looking for a high-agency operator with roughly three to four years in MBB or top-tier management consulting, ideally having reached Manager, with experience managing complex workstreams and confidence in front of senior clients. You should be as comfortable in the data as you are presenting to an executive. A background in procurement or enterprise software isn't required.
You might be the right fit if you have:
Client leadership: You build credibility quickly, manage demanding stakeholders and become a trusted partner to senior executives.
Programme leadership: You turn an ambitious objective into a structured plan and create accountability across stakeholders you don't control.
Analytical depth: You get into the data yourself, identify what matters and synthesise complex information into clear conclusions.
Problem solving: You diagnose why something isn't working, separate symptoms from underlying problems, and drive the team to a practical solution.
Executive communication: You take complex, messy work and communicate the answer clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
High agency: You create clarity where none exists and follow problems through to resolution.
Nice to have: Experience in enterprise software, data, analytics, AI, procurement, complex technology implementations, or a high-growth environment.
We care most about how you think, the quality of your work and how you approach unfamiliar problems. Previous startup experience isn't essential, but the pace, initiative and judgement to thrive in one are.
How we work
We believe in freedom and responsibility. We set clear priorities, share the context and trust people to decide how to deliver. You'll thrive here if you value:
Ownership: You own the outcome, not just the task. You deliver what you commit to, follow through when things get difficult, and own your mistakes.
Unreasonable hospitality: You treat prospects, clients and teammates with exceptional care as a default. You anticipate needs, communicate with clarity, and help others succeed.
Bias for action: We don’t have every answer upfront. You move things forward without waiting to be asked, take calculated risks, and adapt as you learn.
Craft: Moving quickly matters, but so does doing work that stays clear, reliable and useful as we grow.
System building: You create leverage beyond your own output, building processes, tools and documentation that others reuse and that keep working without you.
Candor: You tell the hard truth early, give and receive feedback thoughtfully, ask for help when you need it, and push back when priorities need to change.
Curiosity about AI: You’re excited by what applied AI makes possible, and you look for ways to use it in your own work.
As an early team member, you'll help shape our culture, our processes and where Deducta goes next. We're growing quickly, and this role will grow with us.
