Your Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial, operational and financial performance and support the identification of key trends and performance drivers
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc business analyses, KPI reports and management presentations
• Monitor company and business unit KPIs, targets and strategic initiatives
• Support strategic planning and business planning activities through data analysis and research
• Prepare basic business cases and scenario analyses for selected projects and initiatives
• Work closely with different functions to collect, analyze and consolidate information required for management decision-making
• Contribute to transformation initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities and coordinating cross-functional strategic projects

What We Expect

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, business planning, performance management, finance or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business performance and key financial and operational KPIs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools Ability to work with data and turn analyses into clear and structured outputs
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or similar industries is a plus
