Responsibilities The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment. Support global engineering and project management teams as a Structural Designer on assigned projects. Develop structural drawings and construction documents under the direction of senior designers and engineers. Create and modify steel and concrete structural models and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Structure following established company standards and procedures. Gather, review, and apply design information from sketches, markups, calculations, specifications, and other project documentation to prepare accurate drawings and models. Perform drafting and modeling tasks while ensuring dimensional accuracy and coordination with other disciplines. Participate in multidisciplinary design coordination and assist in resolving model and drawing clashes. Support project teams in maintaining drawing quality, document control, and adherence to project schedules. May be required to visit project sites to verify existing conditions and collect field information as needed. Work timings: 8 hours (8am to 12noon and 8.00 pm to 12 midnight to overlap with USA teams). Qualifications What You Will Bring: Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering is required. Minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in structural drafting and modeling of steel and concrete structures using AutoCAD and Revit Structure. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Structure for preparing structural drawings and 3D models. Experience working on Revit models at LOD 300 level and producing construction documentation. Working knowledge of Revit family creation, sheet setup, and model coordination. Understanding of structural design documentation standards, drawing production workflows, and BIM best practices. Ability to interpret engineering sketches, design markups, and project specifications with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Effective English communication skills and the ability to coordinate with structural engineers and other design disciplines. Must be flexible to work during evening hours to maintain communication with USA-based teams. Experience in industrial, high-tech, battery manufacturing, semiconductor, or similar facilities projects is preferred.
