What you'll be doing

• Leading structural engineering projects from preliminary design through construction.
• Designing and reviewing structural systems involving steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.
• Managing project deliverables, timelines, and technical coordination.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafting staff.
• Working directly with clients, architects, contractors, and other consultants.
• Reviewing and taking professional responsibility for structural engineering deliverables within your areas of competence and licensure.
• Contributing to the continued growth of our engineering practice in Manitoba.

Who we're looking for

• Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM), or eligible for immediate registration.
• Strong experience in structural engineering design for buildings.
• Proficiency with applicable Canadian building codes and structural design standards.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and an interest in helping grow a successful engineering practice.
