Structural Project Manager - Woodframe Residential Projects

Uptalent.io is looking for a highly skilled Structural Project Manager specializing in Woodframe Residential Projects to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of project management from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise in woodframe construction and project management will be essential in guiding teams and driving successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all phases of woodframe residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance. Facilitate communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Lead project meetings and documentation to ensure all aspects of the project are tracked and reported accurately. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with woodframe residential construction projects. Proficient in EnerCalc and Bluebeam. Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, regulations, and standards related to residential construction. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
