About the Company

An award-winning structural and civil engineering consultancy is looking for a Structural Revit Technician to join its growing BIM team in Central London. You'll be joining a collaborative practice that delivers some of the UK's most architecturally ambitious and technically challenging projects, ranging from complex retrofits and heritage refurbishments through to high-rise residential, commercial, hotel and mixed-use developments. The business has built a strong reputation for innovation, sustainable design and technical excellence, with award-winning projects.

About the Role

Working closely with engineers and senior BIM professionals, you will:

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality structural drawings and Revit models
  • Coordinate directly with architects and design team consultants
  • Work on both new-build and complex refurbishment projects
  • Take ownership of your own projects and technical delivery
  • Assist with developing BIM standards and workflows
  • Support the continued growth of a forward-thinking technical team

Qualifications

  • Over 2 years’ experience as a Structural Revit Technician

Required Skills

  • Strong Revit Structures and AutoCAD skills
  • Experience producing structural BIM models and construction drawings
  • Good understanding of steelwork, reinforced concrete, masonry and building structures
  • Able to work independently and manage project workloads
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
  • Previous consultancy experience preferred

Preferred Skills

You'll suit this position if you're ambitious, proactive and looking to make a bigger impact within a growing consultancy environment.

Pay range and compensation package

Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Equal Opportunity Statement

This is not a large corporate where you're one person among hundreds. The team actively promotes career progression, technical development and individual responsibility. Their culture is built around innovation, collaboration and giving people the opportunity to shape both projects and the future growth of the business. The company often attracts technicians and consultants working in much larger consultancies as they still get to work on great projects, but in a 30 + team not a 300+ team.

Core values include:

  • Embracing technology and innovation
  • Challenging complex engineering problems
  • Providing genuine opportunities for career development
  • Maintaining a healthy work-life balance
  • Delivering sustainable, low-carbon engineering solutions

Benefits

  • Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home)
  • Extended overseas remote working opportunities
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay
  • Flexible working hours
  • Annual profit share bonus scheme (up to 15%)
  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Option to buy additional annual leave
  • Monthly training and development time
  • Chartership support and paid professional subscriptions
  • Pension contributions up to 6%
  • Regular team socials and wellness initiatives
  • Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing support
