WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
As a Student Assistant Resource Manager, you will support resource planning and staffing activities across the Americas region. Working closely with Resource Managers, delivery teams, Procurement, and external vendors, you will help coordinate consultant and contractor assignments, maintain resource data, and support workforce-related processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Support staffing requests and resource allocation activities across Americas.
- Assist with the administration of resource management processes.
- Maintain resource planning data and consultant availability information.
- Help identify suitable consultants based on skills, availability, and project needs.
- Support contractor hiring, onboarding, extensions, and renewals.
- Prepare simple staffing reports and management updates.
- Manage team mailboxes, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Track action items and support process compliance and improvements.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Experience in coordination, operations, administration, PMO, HR, recruitment.
- Well-developed skills in organizing work and maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
