Your role
With the Vaigo platform, we make sustainable and flexible mobility easy for companies. What will you be doing concretely?
Managing the administrative processes related to the use of the platform.
Requesting and cancelling mobility cards and subscriptions with mobility providers.
Validating registrations in our platform.
Answering questions from customers and end users in a clear and accurate way.
This is what you are bringing
You are fluent in Dutch (French is a plus!).
You are a student and available for approximately 20 hours per week.
You hold a Belgian passport.
You are customer-oriented, know how to set priorities, and can solve problems effectively.
You are detail-oriented and enjoy keeping administration in perfect order.
You have a hands‑on mentality and a bias for action.
You demonstrate acumen and ability in AI usage and tooling — you can show clear examples of how you use AI to work extremely efficiently.

A 3 month contract with an hourly wage of €13. (renewed if you do a great job)
