Student Recruitment Sales Agent – Commission Based

About the Opportunity

East Atlantic University is seeking experienced and results-driven Student Recruitment Sales Agents to promote our 100% online academic programs and recruit qualified students across the Arab region.

This is a remote, flexible, commission-only opportunity. We welcome professional agents with established networks or recruitment experience in the GCC, Egypt, Levant, Yemen, and other Arab countries.

IMPORTANT — COMMISSION ONLY

This is not a salaried position. There is no fixed monthly salary, base salary, or guaranteed payment.

Commission Structure

Agents earn a total commission of 10% of the eligible tuition actually collected from each successfully referred student:

• 5% after the referred student completes payment and is officially enrolled in the program.
• 5% after the student completes one full month of active study.

The second commission payment is subject to the student remaining actively enrolled and having no applicable cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective students.
• Promote East Atlantic University’s online academic programs professionally.
• Explain programs, tuition, admissions requirements, and application procedures clearly.
• Follow up with prospective students from initial inquiry through successful enrollment.
• Generate qualified leads through professional networks, digital channels, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate referral and applicant records.
• Coordinate with the university’s admissions team when required.
• Represent East Atlantic University professionally and ethically.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in student recruitment, education, admissions, sales, training, or educational consultancy.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Existing networks of prospective students, education professionals, training centers, schools, or professional communities are highly valued.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Arabic communication skills are essential; English is an advantage.
• Professional, ethical, and results-oriented approach.
