Student Success Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Remote | Hours: 10–20 hrs/week | Compensation: $20–30/hr

Dewey Smart helps high school students navigate the college admissions process with guidance from near-peer mentors at top universities. We're a fast-growing, mission-driven company—and we’re looking for a part-time Student Success Manager to help us deliver a great experience for every student who joins.

🎯 Your Role

As a Student Success Manager, you’ll be the friendly, organized point of contact ensuring every family gets off to a smooth start and every student is matched with the right coach.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Coach Matching: Pair students with the right college coach based on personality, goals, and expertise

• Onboarding: Welcome new families, set expectations, and get them set up with our platform and systems

• Post-Sales Support: Be the go-to for answering parent and student questions once they’ve signed up

• Strong communication skills—especially written

• Empathy and people-first instincts

• Organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple families at once

• Experience with customer success, admissions counseling, or student services a plus
