Role Overview

We are seeking self-motivated, independent, and experienced Remote Study Abroad Counselors. Because this is a fully remote, commission-only role, you will have complete autonomy over your schedule. Your main focus will be managing your pipeline, guiding students through university and visa applications, and driving successful enrollments to unlock massive payout potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Remote Counseling: Conduct detailed virtual profile evaluations to recommend optimal career pathways, universities, and scholarships.
• End-to-End File Handling: Independently manage university application submissions, credit transfers, and structural reviews of SOPs/LORs.
• Visa Processing: Provide comprehensive guidance on country-specific visa regulations, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively source, nurture, and convert student leads using your own networks and strategy.
• Pipeline Management: Use our internal tracking software to keep student application milestones updated in real-time.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct experience as an overseas education counselor (proven track record in UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe is mandatory).
• Work Setup: Must have a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace for virtual student meetings.
• Network: An existing pool of student leads or a strong strategy for organic lead generation is a major plus.
• Skills: Strong English communication skills, high digital literacy, and excellent self-management abilities.
• Drive: An entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset—ideal for professionals who prefer uncapped commission earning potential over a fixed salary.
