If you're ready to take the lead and drive innovation, IDE is where you belong. What You ‘ll Be Doing: Analyze and evaluate drawings requirements. Research, evaluation & selection of manufacturers and subcontractors for a wide range of parts (machined, sheet metal, welded, castings ,hardware etc) based on drawings or specific technical specifications. Provide technical Support to subcontractors and internal at IDE as required. Monitor subcontractors regarding technical, quality and schedule requirements of contracts. Work-Life Balance initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor or MSc in Mechanical Engineering Very good knowledge of English Knowledge of military standards. Knowledge of machined parts, sheet metal parts, welded constructions Knowledge of Autocad, Catia or other CAD software Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience 1-3 years Key Competencies: Very good communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence and challenge options. Strong sense of integrity and accountability. Willingness to take initiative and drive results. Detail oriented personality with analytical thinking. Very good planning and time-management skills.
