Subjective Evaluation Labeler

Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Data Labelers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing data labeling and annotation tasks in accordance with project guidelines, instructions, and quality standards. You will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of labeled data while meeting project expectations and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned data labeling and annotation tasks in accordance with project guidelines and instructions.
• Review and process assigned data carefully to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Follow established project procedures, labeling rules, and quality standards.
• Identify and report unclear or incomplete information encountered during the labeling process.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency while meeting assigned productivity and quality expectations.
• Incorporate feedback and corrections to continuously improve work quality.
• Communicate with the team regarding task-related questions, clarifications, and concerns.
• Participate in project training and guideline updates as required.

Requirements

• Native English Speaker (or CEFR C1 level or above).
• Must have relevant TTS and ASR annotation experience.
• Strong ability to understand and follow detailed guidelines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet project quality standards and annotation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in data annotation, data labeling, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with AI training or data annotation projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing project guidelines.
