Job Description:

Skill: SuccessFactors Compensation

Grade: B2/C1

Expected to work during UK business hours.

Hands-on experience in SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay.

Strong understanding of compensation and Variable Pay processes.

Excellent communication skills and able to work directly with client users.

Knowledge of SF EC; prior experience in support is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Compensation & Variable Pay module.

Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with HR and integration teams.

Ensure smooth execution of compensation cycles.

Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, and Total Compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and workflows.

Design and manage bonus plans, proration logic, and business goal mapping for incentive programs.

Configure compensation worksheets, statements, and executive review processes.

Template Provisioning – Advanced configuration of Compensation and Variable Pay templates via Provisioning.

Route Maps – Designing workflow approval steps for compensation cycles.

Rating Sources – Linking performance management forms and objective schemas to compensation.

Eligibility Rules – Building business rules to filter employee inclusion.

Guideline Matrix – Setting up matrices based on performance, country, and ratio.

Custom Fields – Creating calculated columns using conditional logic (IF/THEN/ELSE).

Comp Functions – Utilizing functions like toNumber, lookup, and date formulas.

Currency Conversion – Managing multi-currency tables and conversion rate dates.

Budgeting Logic – Designing budget groups based on custom roll-up hierarchies.
