About CRH Healthcare

CRH Healthcare is a leading operator of urgent care centers committed to providing accessible, high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. Through our growing network of clinics, including Peachtree Immediate Care in Georgia, we serve patients and communities by delivering convenient, compassionate, and reliable medical services. Our success is driven by dedicated healthcare professionals, strong clinical leadership, and a commitment to quality patient outcomes.

Position Overview

CRH Healthcare is seeking experienced, board-certified physicians to join our clinical leadership network as Part-Time Supervising Physicians supporting Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) across our Georgia urgent care locations.
This remote opportunity is ideal for physicians interested in leveraging their clinical expertise to mentor advanced practice providers and promote clinical excellence through a flexible, structured supervisory arrangement.
The Supervising Physician will provide professional oversight, conduct ongoing medical record reviews, collaborate with providers and medical leadership, and ensure adherence to applicable Georgia Composite Medical Board requirements.
This position does not require a regularly scheduled on-site clinic assignment. However, physicians must remain accessible to their assigned providers for consultation and fulfill all supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Supervision and Quality Oversight

  • Provide ongoing professional supervision to assigned Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in accordance with Georgia laws, regulations, and CRH Healthcare clinical standards.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of at least 10% of patient charts for each assigned NP and PA, consistent with CRH Healthcare’s established review process.
  • Document and complete required chart reviews within the Zivian clinical supervision platform.
  • Provide timely, constructive clinical feedback to supervised providers and communicate quality concerns to CRH Healthcare Medical Leadership when appropriate.
  • Support clinical decision-making and remain available for consultation as required by applicable supervision agreements and regulations.

Provider Engagement and Collaboration

  • Engage with each supervised NP and PA at least quarterly to support clinical development, communication, and alignment with quality-of-care expectations.
  • Participate in quarterly meetings to review clinical updates, regulatory changes, performance trends, and organizational priorities.
  • Maintain professional, responsive communication with CRH Healthcare’s Credentialing and Medical Leadership teams.
  • Support provider onboarding by completing supervision agreements, state documentation, and other required credentialing materials in a timely manner.

Regulatory Compliance and Documentation

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable Georgia Composite Medical Board rules, regulations, and supervisory requirements.
  • Ensure required supervision agreements and related documentation remain accurate, current, and properly maintained.
  • Report any changes in licensure, board certification, professional standing, or existing supervisory commitments that could affect eligibility.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and comply with applicable HIPAA requirements and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical institution.
  • Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license.
  • Current board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
  • Must currently reside in Georgia and maintain a permanent residential address within the state.
  • Professional history free of malpractice claims, disciplinary actions, or medical board orders, subject to credentialing review.
  • Ability to meet all applicable Georgia physician supervision and delegation requirements.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to perform electronic chart reviews using the Zivian platform.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to provide timely responses to credentialing, clinical supervision, and provider consultation requests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supervising or collaborating with Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
  • Experience practicing in urgent care, emergency medicine, primary care, or other ambulatory care environments.
  • No current NP or PA supervisory commitments, allowing capacity for additional CRH Healthcare providers.
  • Demonstrated commitment to clinical quality, provider development, and evidence-based medical practices.

Benefits and Employment Structure

As a part-time W-2 employee, the Supervising Physician will have access to the following company-provided benefits and resources, subject to applicable plan terms:
  • Professional medical malpractice coverage
  • UpToDate clinical decision-support resources
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Remote work arrangement
  • Flexible, part-time supervisory responsibilities
