Join our Commercial Innovations team and lead projects that strengthen systems, platforms, and ways of working. You will turn ideas into measurable business impact while guiding a cross-functional team and building a culture of continuous improvement.

Impact You’ll Own

• Deliver innovation projects aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.

• Build a collaborative, high-performing cross-functional team through coaching and clear direction.

• Improve systems and platforms by identifying gaps, opportunities, and emerging solutions.

• Demonstrate the value of innovation initiatives through meaningful metrics, dashboards, and insights.

• Strengthen stakeholder alignment and confidence through clear communication and disciplined delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Define project goals, plans, milestones, resources, and success measures aligned with strategic priorities.

• Lead and mentor developers, designers, business analysts, and other cross-functional contributors.

• Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and performance to support timely delivery.

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder requirements through regular discussions and workshops.

• Promote creative problem-solving, experimentation, continuous learning, and agile ways of working.

• Track key performance indicators and use data to evaluate business impact and improvement opportunities.

• Present project updates, recommendations, system enhancements, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in product ownership and/or project management roles.

• Proven success in managing and delivering complex projects.

• Strong understanding of systems architecture and platform development.

• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Effective problem-solving, planning, risk-management, and prioritization capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
