As part of the Real Assets Operations Skills Development team, you will help build accounting, technical and operational capabilities across our Real Assets business through training, onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Your Role: Develop, maintain and periodically update training materials, process guides and onboarding documentation in line with curriculum standards and guidance from the (Assistant) / Vice President and Subject Matter Experts. Translate operational procedures, process updates and system enhancements into practical training and knowledge-sharing materials, ensuring alignment with approved policies and practices. Support the review and update of training content following process, system or regulatory changes, identifying and escalating content gaps where appropriate. Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to arrange training sessions, gather content and follow up on agreed actions. Deliver onboarding, introductory and process-level training covering operational procedures, recurring tasks, documentation standards and system navigation. Provide day-to-day onboarding support to new joiners, helping them navigate training materials, process documentation and operational resources. Maintain training records, attendance logs, feedback trackers, version control and completion monitoring, and support scheduling and invitations for training programmes. Maintain approved training and process documentation within designated knowledge management repositories, ensuring information remains accurate and accessible. Monitor recurring operational errors, training challenges and documentation gaps, and escalate recurring training needs, quality concerns and recommendations to the (Assistant) / Vice President. Maintain a proactive internal customer focus, provide practical support to trainees, reviewers and managers. Perform other duties as required to support the Company's business needs. About You: Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline desirable; part-qualified or working towards an ACA, CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional designation an advantage. Minimum 6 years of private and/or public accounting experience, ideally including exposure to Real Assets and Fund Accounting. Working understanding of SPV accounting, real estate structures, operational processes, reporting cycles and review expectations. Experience delivering onboarding and process-level training and supporting structured knowledge transfer, with the ability to explain operational and system processes clearly. Experience developing, updating and maintaining training materials, process documentation and knowledge-sharing resources to established standards. Well-organised, with strong attention to detail in maintaining training records, version control, attendance and completion tracking. Ability to identify content gaps, recurring training needs and process inconsistencies and escalate them appropriately. Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and business writing skills, with the ability to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Operations teams and Learning & Development; solid Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, and exposure to fund accounting systems (Yardi and/or Investran an advantage).
