Supervisor Onderhoud (M/V/X)

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een portfolio van klanten en leidt een team van lifttechnici, waarbij je hun werk op de meest efficiënte manier organiseert. Samen met je Sales Engineer vorm je een team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van de dienstverlening van Otis voor een bepaalde klantenportefeuille, waarbij jij het aanspreekpunt bent voor technische vragen van klanten. Je handelt in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen en voorschriften op het gebied van veiligheid en ethiek. Concreet betekent dit het volgende: Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Regional Manager Brussel; Beheren van een vooropgesteld budget en jouw klantenportefeuille in samenwerking met de Sales Engineer, Assistant en Internal Sales Representative; Werkschema’s opmaken in functie van de prioriteiten en behoeften; Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging van jouw team van technici en biedt ondersteuning waar nodig; Bestellen van werkmateriaal en mee zoeken naar de beste oplossing om de klant te helpen; Je adviseert de klant proactief op technisch vlak om zo de verkoop te stimuleren; Respecteren van jouw KPI’s; Audits ter plaatse uitvoeren en zo de dagelijkse veiligheid garanderen.

Is dit dé job voor jou? Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel met klanten als met je team van technici, en dit zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans en kan vlot communiceren met klanten en collega’s in beide landstalen; Je hebt een groot organisatievermogen; Je hebt een sterke technische affiniteit en denkt ook commercieel en oplossingsgericht; Je hebt minstens 3 jaar professionele ervaring in de liftindustrie; Je hebt leiderschapskwaliteiten, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en beschikt over een sterke werkethiek; Je kan vlot overweg met een PC.
