Supervisor Team Leader | Insurance Repairs

We are currently looking for a Supervisor Team Leader to join our team, leading and supporting a team of Supervisors while managing your own portfolio of residential insurance repair projects across QLD. About the Role As Supervisor Team Leader at ABC Group, you'll combine hands-on site supervision with leadership responsibility - guiding a team of Supervisors while ensuring your own portfolio is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard, all while maintaining outstanding customer service. Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to): Providing day-to-day guidance and support to Supervisors, acting as a technical escalation point for complex scopes, trade issues and customer concerns. Coaching and mentoring Supervisors through regular feedback and practical support, and assisting with onboarding and training new team members. Conducting quality reviews of projects, documentation and scopes of works to support high-quality, consistent outcomes. Managing end-to-end delivery of your own portfolio - onsite assessments, scoping, quoting and coordinating trades and suppliers. Liaising with insurers, clients and stakeholders to explain scopes, pricing and repair processes and manage expectations. Monitoring budgets and team workloads, escalating risks and feeding back on capacity and performance trends. Overseeing quality assurance, site inspections and handovers to ensure workmanship and compliance standards are met. Participating in after-hours emergency/make-safe rosters and supporting catastrophe response work as required. Promoting team engagement and positive team culture. To ensure your success you will possess the following: Residential site supervising, project managing, estimating or foreman experience Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting team members, ideally within a construction or insurance repairs environment Confidence organising trades, writing quotes, conducting assessments and running residential renovations A Site Supervisor/Builder's License (QLD) and a valid driver's license Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and WHS standards Relevant building or construction management qualifications (Certificate 4 in Building & Construction desirable) What ABC Group can offer you: Fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone State of the art technology (and training!) to ensure your success in the role A step up in leadership responsibility within a great, supportive team environment!
