Supplier Qualification Senior Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Provide foundational operational support to the supplier qualification lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Support defined steps of the supplier qualification and re‑qualification processes.
- Accurately collects, organizes, and maintains supplier qualification documentation.
- Enter and maintain supplier data in qualification tracking systems.
- Support preparation of qualification packages for internal review.
- Assist with audit readiness by ensuring records are complete, current, and traceable.
- Escalate missing or inconsistent information according to SOPs.
- Follow procedures and processes supporting the end-to-end supplier qualification life cycle.
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, quality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience (Minimum Required):
- 1-2 years of experience in a CRO, pharma, clinical operations, QA, or regulated industry
- Exposure to document control, compliance, or operations support
- Understands basic GCP principles
- Professional, task‑focused communication with internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications Include:
- Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Remote-Based, as requested by the line manager
- Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
