What you will do: Ensuring the quality of components and services supplied by vendors; Analyzing nonconformities and initiating corrective and preventive actions (8D, CAPA); Collaborating with the Procurement, Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality teams to resolve component quality issues; Managing the introduction and approval of new components (PPAP process); Participating in component and process improvement projects; Managing supplier claims; Coordinating and conducting supplier audits and developing internal standards. What we are looking for: 2+ years of experience in quality assurance (experience in supplier management is an advantage); Degree in Management, Engineering or a related fields; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; Good English language skills, spoken and written; Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF, and VDA standards (preferred); Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, such as 5 Whys, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.) (preferred); Strong attention to detail, quick learning ability, and effective documentation management skills; Experience conducting supplier audits (preferred). Salary From 2300 to 2900 €/ month gross Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
