What you’ll be doing:

- Build effective working relationships with supplier managers, business owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain supplier scorecards covering service, operational, commercial, risk, innovation and relationship measures.
- Collect, validate and analyse KPI, SLA and contractual performance information from suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Identify and track supplier value, innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Maintain value and innovation pipelines, including agreed benefits, owners, delivery milestones and outcomes.
- Support joint improvement initiatives with suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Analyse supplier and governance data to identify themes, root causes and opportunities to improve outcomes.
- Support SRM input to supplier onboarding, material change, renewal and exit activities.
- Coordinate with Procurement, TPRM, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Data Privacy and Operational Resilience to ensure relevant actions are progressed.
- Help maintain visibility of supplier risks, incidents, dependencies, remediation plans and key contractual milestones without duplicating TPRM ownership.
- Escalate control gaps, unresolved actions, deteriorating performance and emerging supplier concerns.
- Produce accurate and timely SRM dashboards, governance reports and senior management information.
- Maintain central SRM trackers, action logs, issue logs, review schedules and document repositories.
- Support reporting on supplier performance, service issues, value delivery, governance effectiveness and overdue actions.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of SRM processes, templates, guidance, data quality and tooling.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in Supplier Relationship Management, vendor management, procurement, contract management, service management or a comparable supplier-facing role.
- Experience supporting supplier performance reviews, governance forums, scorecards or service reporting.
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence interpreting KPI, SLA, trend and issue data.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, including disciplined action and milestone tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear governance packs and management information.
- Effective stakeholder management skills and the confidence to follow up, constructively challenge and escalate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and experience working with structured data and reporting tools. Confident using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and supplier or risk management systems.
- Able to manage multiple assessments and deadlines, prioritising based on risk, urgency and governance requirements.
Desirable:
- Experience managing or supporting strategic, critical or outsourced suppliers in a complex organisation.
- Understanding of supplier lifecycle management, contractual obligations, service improvement and third-party risk management.
