Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and lead resolution of business-critical supply situations
Experience in leadership and people development, as well as leading cross-functional initiatives through collaboration and influence
A clear, calm, and fact-based leadership style and the ability to make decisions under pressure
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
A structured, proactive, and results-oriented way of working
Experience using ERP systems, data and analytics, digital tools, AI-supported solutions, or process automation to improve supply chain performance and decision-making
Willingness to travel when required.
What you'll get
We offer you a workplace within a collaborative and forward-thinking company culture. You will work in an dynamic environment where you will have challenging tasks and gain responsibility, and diverse opportunities to develop yourself and your professional skills. You will have a genuine opportunity to make a real difference in a fast-growing international company and influence the future of our supply network, operating models, and organization. We will take care of you by providing excellent onboarding experience with friendly, helpful, and passionate colleagues. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus program, full lunch benefit, extensive occupational health care with an annual dental check, as well as regular team‑ and company‑wide events that strengthen our sense of community.
