The Position:
The Supply Chain Analyst serves as the analytical and reporting backbone of the ASG Supply Chain organization. This position supports the Director, Global Supply Chain and Segment Sourcing Managers by converting operating-company data into actionable insights that improve sourcing execution, inventory performance, supplier management, working capital, and business decision-making.
The successful candidate will work directly with ASG operating companies to improve data quality, establish standardized metrics, maintain the Spend Cube and sourcing pipeline, support SIOP and inventory optimization, and develop enterprise dashboards covering savings, cash, service, contracts, supplier performance, risk, and strategic milestones. The role requires strong analytical capability, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to communicate recommendations clearly across a decentralized manufacturing organization.
Salary Range:
- $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyze supply chain, sourcing, supplier, contract, inventory, logistics, and working-capital data across ASG operating companies.
- Maintain business and segment data within the ASG Spend Cube Power Bi Tool and related sourcing tools, including common supplier and category classifications.
- Support Segment Sourcing Managers with spend analysis, opportunity identification, sourcing baselines, supplier rationalization, RFx analytics, and savings validation.
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and monthly portfolio reporting for savings, inventory, service, contract coverage, supplier performance, risk, and strategic milestones.
- Support SIOP and inventory optimization deployment and sustainment, including KPI reporting, governance cadence, action tracking, operating-company adoption, and use of ASG playbooks.
- Convert data into clear insights, recommended actions, and executive-ready presentations rather than reporting data without business context.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, IT, and local supply chain teams to improve data quality, standardize processes, and implement best practices.
- Support acquisition integration, business assessments, logistics and distribution analysis, footprint studies, and other cross-business transformation initiatives.
- Maintain common reporting templates, definitions, documentation, and data-governance standards across the ASG Supply Chain organization.
- Travel anticipated at 10%, including occasional international travel.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, operations, or business analytics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferred.
- Experience working with ERP, spend analytics, sourcing, supplier-performance, or inventory data preferred.
- Ability to translate complex data into concise recommendations and executive-level reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across operating companies and functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain accuracy in a decentralized and changing environment.
- Knowledge of SIOP, inventory optimization, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or working-capital improvement preferred.
- APICS/ASCM, ISM, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certification preferred.

The Holding Company – The Heico Companies
Heico has a history of success. Since its founding over 40 years ago The Heico Companies has grown from a single business to over 70 separate companies through a strategic acquisition policy, and by reinvesting its earnings into internal growth and new prospects. Historically talented at restoring distressed companies, Heico now targets acquisitions that will complement its ever-growing portfolio of companies in manufacturing, construction, and industrial services.
These four core operations are organized into platforms: Applied Solutions Group, Construction Solutions Group, Industrial Technologies Group, and Metal Processing Group. Once acquired, new Heico companies are assigned to a platform and run on a stand-alone basis, allowing for great independence as well as the opportunity to share knowledge about markets, production processes, and management practices across other Heico platforms and companies.
Heico continues to seek out new opportunities and maintain its standard of success. The Heico Companies has remained a privately held company since its creation and maintains a majority ownership in each of its operations, which generate more than $3.3 billion dollars in revenues. Many of our businesses are certified Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBE). More information about the overall organization can be found at www.heicocompanies.com.
