As an Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll manage the day-to-day execution of the production pipeline—ensuring Purchase Orders move efficiently from supplier confirmation through production, logistics, warehouse delivery, and product launch. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys managing details, collaborating with international partners, and finding smarter ways to improve operational processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Purchase Orders from approval through warehouse delivery.
• Monitor supplier timelines, production readiness, documentation, and shipment status.
• Identify production risks early and coordinate recovery plans with suppliers.
• Ensure product launches remain on schedule.
• Serve as the main point of contact for overseas manufacturing partners.
• Follow up on production progress, track action items, escalate delays, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Coordinate air and ocean shipments based on launch priorities.
• Work with logistics partners to support on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and Data teams.
• Coordinate marketing samples and internal production requests.
• Prepare weekly production reports and communicate operational updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI, automation, and process optimization.

Must-Have Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Production, or Apparel.
• Experience working directly with overseas manufacturers in Asia.
• Experience in the apparel or consumer products industry.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Takes ownership and works proactively.
• Passion for solving operational challenges and improving processes.
• Interest in AI and using technology to improve efficiency.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience implementing AI-driven operational improvements.
• Experience building or improving automated workflows.
• Background in fast-paced consumer products or e-commerce operations.
