Supply Chain Coordinator

DK NEJET is a Ukrainian–Latvian software-driven defense-tech group designing and manufacturing autonomous next-generation FPV drone systems for modern warfare. Our cost-effective solutions span both air-to-ground and air-to-air (interceptor) domains, addressing the full spectrum of modern battlefield needs.
With a team of over 100 people, we operate from two locations — Kyiv and Riga — each hosting an R&D center and a production site, along with key functions such as sales, marketing, HR, and finance.

Now we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to provide operational procurement and logistics support for the group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Executing both planned and urgent/non-routine purchase requests for electronic components, modules, and production materials.

• Supplier Management: Monitoring global markets (Asia, Europe, USA), identifying and auditing new suppliers, and negotiating contract terms and pricing.

• Foreign Trade & Compliance: Managing end-to-end import/export operations, collaborating with customs brokers, and handling export licenses and regulatory documentation.

• Logistics Support: Coordinating international freight forwarding and ensuring the timely physical transport of goods between suppliers, the office, and facilities outside of Riga.

• Technical Verification: Ensuring that purchased components meet technical documentation, engineering requirements, and quality standards.

• Administration: Maintaining data in the ERP system, monitoring delivery schedules, and managing financial documentation.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience: 2–3 years in international procurement or technical logistics (experience with electronics is a strong advantage).

• Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in customs procedures, Incoterms, and export control regulations.

• Language Skills: Latvian, English, and Russian (written and spoken).

• Driver’s License: Category B (active driving experience is mandatory).

• Mobility: Readiness for regular travel to facilities.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, experience with ERP systems (Odoo) will Be considered as advantage and ability to understand technical documentation (datasheets).
