Are you curious, detail-oriented and energized by solving problems with data? In this role, you’ll join the Data Excellence team supporting global logistics spares supply chain for a leading technology client. You’ll combine business understanding, data analysis, data engineering, governance and visualization to turn operational data into reliable insights and scalable reporting, and help modernize the analytics landscape with automation, AI and GenAI-enabled approaches. During a Typical Day, You’ll Partner with supply chain and operations stakeholders to understand their challenges, define KPIs and turn them into clear analytics solutions Build, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards, reports and data models that give teams insights they can act on Use SQL and Python to extract, clean, combine and validate large datasets, and to automate repetitive reporting tasks Spot trends, patterns and anomalies, and dig into root causes to support better business decisions Monitor data quality, work with data owners on corrective actions, and document data sources, definitions and reporting logic Simplify and modernize an extensive portfolio of 400+ legacy dashboards and reports through automation, AI and GenAI Use Copilot and other AI tools to speed up analysis and insight generation, always validating outputs for accuracy and business context What You Bring to the Role Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field Typically 3–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or data engineering; supply chain, logistics or operations analytics is a plus, not a must Strong SQL skills, plus working knowledge of Python for analysis and automation (Pandas, NumPy or Scikit-learn are an advantage) Proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, Power Query and DAX Working knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI concepts (prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG, AI agents) and familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar enterprise AI tools, applied responsibly Solid grasp of ETL, data quality, lineage and governance principles, with close attention to accuracy Strong stakeholder communication and data-storytelling skills, with the curiosity to keep learning emerging data, automation and AI technologies What You Can Expect Supportive of your career and professional development 1530 to 1700 EUR gross salary An inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouraged A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values Ask us about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefits And yes... a great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you’d expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement) Visit https://mybenefits.ttec.com/ for more information. The anticipated range is 1,530 to 1,700 EUR in gross salary. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
