The role of Supply Chain Excellence Engineer is based in our R&D Center in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic. Responsibilities: Lead and support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), production planning, and inventory management activities across the Business Group Work with plants and international teams to improve demand, supply, and inventory planning Prepare and analyze planning data, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and Excel Monitor key supply chain performance indicators and identify areas for improvement Support teams in improving forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and delivery performance Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across SAP and other planning tools Develop and improve planning tools and help automate manual processes Support continuous improvement projects and share best practices across plants and countries Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field Previous experience in supply chain planning or a similar area Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage Good knowledge of SAP and strong skills in Power BI and Excel Understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and planning processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with continuous improvement or digitalization projects is an advantage Good communication skills and ability to work with international and cross-functional teams Fluent English for daily communication with international teams Structured and proactive approach with good organizational and time-management skills Willingness and availability to travel internationally up to 50% of the working time We offer: Performance bonuses 5 weeks of vacation Flexible working hours Possibility to work from home Cafeteria system (benefit program) Company events Transport allowance Contribution to pension / life insurance Training and development courses Subsidized meals in company canteen At OPmobility, people truly matter.
