Responsibilities Oversee daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and order fulfillment. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to align supply with demand. Develop and maintain logistics schedules to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance. Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the supply chain. Support the implementation of supply chain software and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to maintain operational continuity. Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to streamline receiving and shipping processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (entry-level welcomes recent graduates). Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including inventory control and procurement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced retail industry setting. Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Familiarity with e-commerce or retail supply chain operations is preferred.
