About WIN SOURC
WIN SOURCE — Where Supply Begins.
Founded in 1999, WIN SOURCE is a global electronic components distributor serving OEMs, EMS providers and manufacturers with component supply and global supply chain solutions. Through our sourcing network, inventory resources, quality management capabilities and international logistics support, we help customers navigate component shortages, lead-time fluctuations and supply continuity challenges.
About the Role
At WIN SOURCE, the Supply Chain Manager is more than a bridge between customers and our business—you help turn electronics industry insight into practical supply chain solutions and new business opportunities.
Drawing on your experience in procurement, supply chain management and industry collaboration, you will work with OEMs, EMS providers and manufacturers to understand their priorities, connect customer needs with our global teams and supply capabilities, and help move opportunities from discussion to action.
We value your industry knowledge, sound judgment and ability to build trust. In return, we offer an international platform where you can bring your expertise to a broader stage, contribute to customer partnerships and help create lasting value across the global electronic components supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Needs Discovery: Join sales colleagues in meetings and visits with OEMs, EMS providers and manufacturers to understand their procurement processes, supply chain challenges and business needs.
- Supply Chain Challenges & Solutions: Help clarify issues involving BOM requirements, component shortages, lead times, inventory, EOL/PCN changes, supplier management and product traceability, coordinating with relevant teams on appropriate support.
- Industry Relationships & Partnerships: Build and maintain productive relationships with procurement, supply chain and supplier quality professionals, and participate in relevant industry communities, associations and events.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Use customer needs, market developments and supply chain insights to identify potential opportunities and coordinate follow-up with sales, procurement and relevant teams.
- Industry Insights & Content Collaboration: Share practical perspectives on electronic components procurement, market developments and supply risks; contribute to industry articles, interviews, white papers, videos or webinars.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, procurement, quality and logistics teams to turn customer feedback and industry insight into practical, actionable supply chain solutions.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in electronic components procurement, supply chain management, supplier quality (SQE) or a related electronics manufacturing function. Experience in EMS, OEM or electronics manufacturing is preferred.
- A practical understanding of common procurement and supply chain topics, including BOM requirements, component shortages, lead times, inventory, EOL/PCN changes and supplier management.
- Strong customer communication, relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with professionals from different backgrounds.
- Willingness to take part in customer meetings, visits, industry events and cross-functional discussions, building trust while developing a clear understanding of customer needs.
- Commercial awareness and sound judgment, with the ability to identify potential opportunities from customer needs and industry insights and help move follow-up forward.
- Awareness of supplier reliability, product authenticity, traceability and supply risk in the electronic components supply chain.
- Clear communication, initiative, accountability and cross-cultural awareness; ability to communicate professionally in English and/or the local language.
Experience That Would Be an Advantage
- Experience in electronic components distribution, EMS/OEM procurement, supply chain management or supplier quality.
- Experience collaborating across organizations, participating in industry forums or supporting supply chain partnerships, with the ability to build productive professional relationships.
What We Offer
- Global Business Exposure: Engage with OEMs, EMS providers and manufacturers across markets while expanding your international industry perspective.
- Put Your Expertise to Work: Apply your procurement and supply chain knowledge to customer needs analysis, industry engagement and solution discussions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, procurement, quality and logistics professionals on real customer needs and cross-regional business projects.
- A Varied, Customer-facing Role: Combine customer engagement, industry relationship development, business collaboration and professional content creation.
- Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based incentives.
