Supply Chain Manager - Non Clinical

Role: Supply Chain Manager - Non-Clinical Duration: 12 months - convert to hire Experience : 5+ years Travel up to 50-75% Role Description • Handles everything that isn't a clinical product. Purchased services, facilities, capital, IT items. Contract-heavy sourcing work. * Lead sourcing and contract negotiations for purchased services (EVS, food/nutrition, laundry/linen, security, waste management, dialysis services), facilities maintenance, capital equipment, and IT-related items • Structure and execute RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for complex service agreements • Analyze spend data and build business cases for savings opportunities • Present findings and recommendations to Value Analysis Committees and leadership • Manage support staff (Sr. Consultants, Consultants, Analysts) Required Skills Must-Have Experience • 5+ years healthcare supply chain • 3+ years managing non-clinical categories (purchased services, facilities, food/nutrition, EVS, capital) • RFP/RFI/RFQ experience — this is non-negotiable • Contract negotiation experience with service vendors • Strong Excel/analytical skills This is a remote position.
