Our promise is to be your relentless ally in every adventure. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Supply Planner to join our global Supply & Operations team. Based in Zhongshan China and working closely with our supplier network, you will play a critical role in converting our global demand plan into a practical and executable supply plan. This role is pivotal to Sea to Summit's transition toward a centralised global supply planning model. You will partner with Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Product Development and regional commercial teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time while balancing inventory, capacity, service levels and working capital. You will be the key link between our regional demand plans and factory supply execution, providing early visibility of supply risks, capacity constraints, lead time challenges and inventory opportunities across our global business. Key Responsibilities Convert agreed global demand plans into actionable supply plans across Sea to Summit and Distributed Brands. Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) commitments, purchase order timing and supply planning calendars. Develop and maintain supplier forecasts to improve capacity visibility and planning accuracy. Partner closely with factories and suppliers to manage lead times, production schedules, MOQs and seasonal manufacturing constraints. Monitor inventory health globally and recommend stock rebalancing, deployment and inventory optimisation strategies. Maintain planning parameters including lead times, safety stock settings, replenishment triggers and planning master data. Identify and escalate supply risks early, providing clear scenarios and trade-off recommendations. Support new product launches, product transitions and end-of-life planning activities. Lead Supply and OTB reviews within the monthly S&OP process. Drive continuous improvement and help build best-practice global supply planning processes and tools. Essential Experience 7+ years' experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, procurement or S&OP. Proven experience working directly with manufacturing partners in China and/or Asia within a long lead time finished goods environment. Strong experience managing supplier forecasts, inventory planning, capacity planning, purchase commitments and OTB processes. Experience building productive supplier relationships while effectively managing competing business priorities. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, NetSuite or similar. Experience planning across multiple regions, large SKU portfolios and complex supply networks. Strong written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory). Professional Mandarin language skills. APICS CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain qualification. Experience within outdoor, sporting goods, apparel, FMCG or seasonal product categories. Power BI experience and strong reporting capability. Skills & Capabilities Strong decision-making skills and confidence working with ambiguity. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to influence internal teams and external suppliers. Advanced supply planning, inventory management and forecasting capability. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to support commercial decisions. Expertise in ERP/MRP systems, planning tools and reporting platforms.
