We are looking for a Supply Planning Analyst to join Edgewell Personal Care, a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 well-known brands, including Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, and Cremo Grooming.

At Edgewell, you’ll find a collaborative, international, and supportive Supply Chain community. In this role, you’ll act as a key enabler in balancing service, cash, and cost by ensuring a reliable and achievable supply plan across short, mid, and long-term horizons.
Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

Own and maintain robust supply plans for assigned product families and items across all planning horizons, ensuring capacity feasibility
Own end-to-end production planning for assigned product families, including production line planning and finite scheduling in SAP, while coordinating material availability to ensure executable production plans
- Work in close alignment with Operations to ensure capacity feasibility and commitment to the supply plan
- Identify potential gaps or risks to service or utilisation and proactively drive mitigation actions before impact
- Ensure effective communication of supply plans and performance to key stakeholders, including Operations, Procurement, S&OE, and SMR
- Monitor scheduling adherence, inventory levels, and plan achievement, learning from deviations and continuously improving outcomes
- Provide clear visibility on key Supply Chain KPIs, including:
- Service and UFR (Premium Value Chain)
- Supplier OTIF (internal and external)
- Inventory levels, quality, ageing, SLOB %, and turns
- Supply Plan performance and constrained nodes
- Support the Supply Planning Manager in local SMR, EBP processes, and strategic supply chain initiatives
- Contribute to and support continuous improvement projects following SC initiatives and “Good to Great” journey principles
The scope of this role aligns closely with SCOR processes across Plan, Source, Make, and Return operations, ensuring end-to-end supply chain integration.

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong planning capability across multiple horizons, including constraint management and stakeholder alignment
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to facilitate effective meetings
- A practical, solutions-first mindset with strong root cause analysis skills
- Experience working cross-functionally within Supply Chain and Operations
- Knowledge of planning principles, inventory management, service metrics, PSI, IQR, and key planning parameters
- Ability to manage priorities, support projects, and work effectively in agile or sprint-based ways
- Confidence documenting processes and sharing knowledge with colleagues and new joiners
Experience & Education:
- At least 1 year of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Supply Chain, International Business, or Scientific Studies)
- Additional Supply Chain, Planning, Agile, or Project Management certifications are a plus (e.g. APICS, IBF, SCOR, Oliver Wight)
- Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
Job Tools
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, including Power BI
- Experience with SAP and/or JDA planning systems
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, with a strong on-site presence required at the Solingen Plant.
Occasional travel within the EU may be required.
