As a Supply Planning Analyst, you'll be a key link between the EMEA Supply Chain team and the Centralized Global Supply Chain team in Shenzhen, China. You'll support EMEA compliance analysis, help ensure the timely availability of Lifestyle consumer products across the UK Hub and EMEA Central Warehouse, and manage supply planning activities for your assigned business unit.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Manage end-to-end supply planning for assigned Business Units, ensuring the right products are available at the right time across the EMEA network.
  • Support EMEA compliance analysis, acting as a key partner in ensuring supply chain activities align with regional requirements and internal policies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the EMEA Supply Chain organization and the Global Supply Chain Management team in Shenzhen, China.
  • Monitor supply gaps, maintain safety stock levels, prepare for peak demand periods, and manage key product lifecycle activities, including NPI, phase-out, and Last Time Buy.
  • Monitor vendor liabilities and proactively identify mitigation actions to minimize supply risks.
  • Create and manage stock transfer orders between the EMEA Central Warehouse and UK Hub to support efficient product availability.
  • Partner with Trade Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to support product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through supply chain optimization and process improvement projects.
  • Act as a backup for team members, helping ensure continuity of day-to-day operations.

What Makes You A Strong Fit

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience balancing inventory, supply, and business requirements within a complex supply chain environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC/HANA.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions and cultures.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable, with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with SAP IBP.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience leading process improvement or supply chain optimization initiatives.
  • Experience with Qlik Sense or similar reporting and analytics tools.
  • Experience working within a global or regional supply chain organization.
