Supply Planning Executive / Supply Planner / Supply Planning Manager

Role Description The Supply Planning Executive / Supply Planner / Supply Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply planning processes to ensure timely availability of equipment, merchandise, and other resources that support athletes and business operations. This remote role involves forecasting demand, analyzing inventory levels, and developing supply plans that align with event schedules, training needs, and commercial activities. The position manages supplier coordination, monitors lead times, and tracks order status to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Daily tasks include preparing planning reports, updating planning systems, collaborating with procurement, logistics, and commercial teams, and resolving supply issues proactively. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, standardizing planning procedures and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or related operations functions.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, planning tools, or ERP systems, and the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sports, sports merchandising, or consumer goods supply chains is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a planning or operations role within a global or multi-stakeholder environment is beneficial.
