Our platform is one of the world's largest astrology & spiritual consultation platforms, 70M+ users worldwide Role & Responsibilities Fact-check Vedic content for accuracy Contribute to esoteric content features for the India product Identify user pain points and suggest marketing angles for chats Identify and fix bottlenecks in expert performance to improve overall supply quality Run regular quality control (QC) of consultation chats, covering cultural fit, retention and engagement Build a training program and quality standards for India-based experts Support hiring by screening candidate experts for genuine consultation ability Preferred Candidate Profile 3+ years on an astrology/consultation platform in a role tied to supply, quality or expert training — OR 2+ years of supply/marketplace ops combined with hands-on Vedic astrology practice Fluent Hindi + English (B2+) Nice to have: experience training or onboarding experts/consultants Directness — comfortable giving experts feedback Comfortable building a process from scratch, without a ready-made playbook Comfort with cross-cultural communication Working knowledge of using AI tools to analyze chats at scale Additional Skills Vedic astrology education/qualification, or working knowledge of Kundli reading, dashas, transits, nakshatras Additional tools: KP, Lal Kitab, Nadi, Prashna, Vastu, numerology, gemology Knowledge of the Panchang/muhurat and festival calendar Experience creating content (video/text) for a spiritual audience Additional regional languages: Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu Experience recruiting or building a team of experts Perks and Benefits Fully remote full-time role Work on a product with 70M+ users — real scale impact, not private-practice scale Be the first hire of this kind — you set the standards, not just execute someone else's Clear growth path: Head of Spiritual Expertise (India), lead of the local Board of Experts, or Supply Ops Lead (India) Locations India Remote status Fully Remote Applicant tracking system by Teamtailor
