Support & Training Officer - Hybrid Brussels We have an opening for which you may find more info in the link below: We currently have a vacancy for a Support & Training Officer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. Your tasks: Create business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals; Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities; Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities ; Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance ; Create and implement a business vision. Requirements University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 15 years of relevant working experience in IT; At least 3 years of experience in user support (including user training); Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals; Proven experience of PL/SQL (designing complex queries, debugging and/or fine-tuning existing queries); Excellent experience with Excel filters, pivots, charts, and complex formulas; Experience defining and implementing strategies; Knowledge of statistical mathematics fundamentals; Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio would be an asset; Experience with VBA macros would be an asset; Experience with Jira would be an asset; ITIL certification would be an advantage; Excellent command of the English language, French would be an asset. Details: - Position: Support & Training Officer - Deadline: 19/02/2024 at 12:00 CET - Rate: 470EUR per day (all inclusive, depending on experience) - Hybrid model 2 days a week onsite in Brussels and the rest teleworking.​ Please bear in mind that we can accept only EU candidates due to security clearance restrictions.
