About the Role We are looking for Support Consultant (Post-sales) who will be responsible for post-go-live support e.g., tickets, additional features, upsell of services. This role will reports to a Senior Consultant while coordinating with project teams in the Philippines, Middle East, North America. The Ideal Candidate Holds a degree in Business or Marketing or Technology courses Has experience in ERP platform e.g., NetSuite (preferred), SAP, Microsoft, or other ERPs Has industry background in Warehousing, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment Has strong communication skills in English, while also being fluent in Japanese
