Role Description The Support CRM role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on managing and optimizing interactions with learners, clients, and partners through the company’s CRM systems. This role involves responding to inquiries, resolving support tickets, and ensuring timely, accurate communication across multiple channels. The Support CRM specialist will maintain and update CRM records, monitor customer engagement, and generate reports to support decision-making and sales activities. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams, tracking customer journeys, and helping to improve processes and workflows. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and overall service quality in alignment with PPStack’s mission.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including experience using CRM platforms to manage customer data and workflows.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to handle customer queries clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support improvements to customer journeys and support processes.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as managing leads, supporting upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with sales teams.
• Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to coordinate tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in EdTech or SaaS environments, familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk tools, and a customer-centric mindset.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
