To strengthen our Growth team, we are looking for a
Support Technician (f/m/d)
who is eager to contribute hands-on to the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our advanced cryogenic systems.
Responsibilities
You support the operation, repair, and upgrading of our in-house development systems
You support installations and maintenance at customer sites
You support the production team in finishing assemblies and systems
You work closely with engineers to implement new test assemblies and routines
You build a comprehensive understanding of our systems to anticipate and mitigate faults that might turn up during production or operation
You perform troubleshooting and fault clearance
Requirements
You have completed a technical apprenticeship (on-the-job training/Berufsausbildung) or technical degree
You have an eye for detail and documentation
You have good oral and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
You enjoy hands-on work and are willing to travel
