Mentor and guide your team, emphasizing quality and efficiency to meet project goals. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Proven experience in the surfacing industry. Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship. A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating safety risks. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders. Essential qualifications: a valid CSCS card and a driving license.
