OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to disclose the compensation range for this position. The hiring range for this role is $22.00-$27.00 per hour. Compensation is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and geographic location. - Proactively address scheduling conflicts, line up details, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of surgical scheduling experience is required (orthopaedics highly preferred).
- Strong grasp of orthopaedic terminology, surgical prep workflows, and insurance/authorizations (Worker's Comp & Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) experience is a plus).
- High accuracy in electronic medical record (EMR) data entry, billing/coding familiarity, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Calm under pressure, exceptional organizational skills, and an empathetic communication style.
