Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST/CST/EST - Monday to Friday. (Night Shift in PH time) Work Duration: Full-time (40 hours per week) Description/Information: The Sustainability Analyst will support UCBEnvironmental’s sustainability initiatives by drafting, approving, and publishing case studies, building proposals, and managing the RFIs/RFPs process. This role also includes coordinating the ordering and distribution of UCBZeroWaste Certification awards, developing Proof of Concepts, and handling relevant projects assigned by the Director of Business Development. The Sustainability Analyst will contribute to the company’s sustainability goals and ensure effective communication and documentation of our sustainability efforts. Key Responsibilities: Case Study: Create, review, and publish case studies showcasing UCBEnvironmental’s sustainability projects and achievements Proposal Development: Build and draft proposals for sustainability projects and initiatives, ensuring they meet client and internal requirements Award Distribution: Oversee the ordering and distribution of UCBZeroWaste Certification awards, including managing logistics and ensuring timely delivery Concept Presentation: Develop and present Proof of Concepts for new sustainability initiatives, demonstrating their viability and potential impact Research: Conduct research and prepare summaries and reports Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities Qualification: Excellent Communication skills (both oral and written) Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field Strong relationship building skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team At least 2 years of experience in sustainability analysis, environmental management, or a related role. Expertise in creating compelling sustainability reports and proposals. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Ability to conduct in-depth research on sustainability trends, competitors, and industry best practices. Proficiency in analyzing sustainability data and translating it into actionable insights Customer-centric mindset to understand and meet needs of internal and external stakeholders Has reliable primary and back up tools for a full time remote role UCBEnvironmental (UCB) is growing fast!
