Sustainable Food Sales Manager

Hiring: Sustainable Food Sales Manager (Vietnam) — Remote

Do you love building relationships and want your work to make a real difference for animal welfare? We're looking for our first hire in Vietnam to lead outreach to F&B, restaurant, cafe, and hospitality companies across the country.

What you'll do:

• Identify and engage senior leaders at food and hospitality companies in Vietnam
• Make the business case for cage-free egg/chicken sourcing and improved seafood/shrimp welfare
• Secure public, formal commitments — the bigger the chain, the bigger the win
• Connect committed companies with vetted suppliers to help them implement change
• Build your own network of decision-makers across Vietnam's F&B and hospitality sector
• Own the full outreach pipeline and report to our Hong Kong–based team

What we're looking for:

• Fluent Vietnamese, conversational to fluent English
• Comfortable as a full-time independent contractor
• Self-starter who can work fully autonomously (no local team yet — you'd be building it)
• Confident engaging senior executives, cold
• Resilient — comfortable with a long sales cycle and repeated rejection
• Genuine passion for sustainability, animal welfare, or public health

Bonus points for:

• Experience in sales, negotiation, business development, or advocacy work
• Existing network in Vietnam's F&B/hospitality industry
