Position Summary
The Senior Vice President of Operations & Enterprise Program Management is a key executive leader responsible for the operational performance, scalability, and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization's Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Telemedicine services. This role serves as the operational leader for day-to-day business performance while also functioning as the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) leader, ensuring successful implementation of all initiatives impacting the ACO and telemedicine businesses.
The SVP of Operations & Enterprise Program Management will translate strategic objectives into operational results, drive cross-functional accountability, oversee project governance, and ensure alignment across clinical, financial, technology, quality, compliance, network, and client success teams. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading complex operations, managing executive-level projects, and driving organizational change in a fast-growing value-based care environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
• Lead day-to-day operations for all ACO and Telemedicine service lines.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, service-level agreements, and performance dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, quality, and provider satisfaction.
• Oversee operational readiness for new program launches, acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansions.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute annual operating plans.
• Ensure operational alignment across clinical, provider engagement, network operations, data analytics, technology, compliance, and customer success functions.
Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO)
• Serve as executive sponsor and leader of the centralized PMO supporting all ACO and Telemedicine initiatives.
• Establish project management methodologies, governance structures, status reporting standards, and prioritization frameworks.
• Maintain a comprehensive enterprise project portfolio and executive roadmap.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and ensure accountability for project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to successfully implement strategic initiatives.
• Develop processes for issue escalation, change management, and project risk mitigation.
• Provide regular project portfolio updates to executive leadership and governing boards.
Strategic Execution
• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable operational plans.
• Lead enterprise initiatives involving growth, operational transformation, technology implementation, and new service offerings.
• Evaluate operational impacts of regulatory, reimbursement, and value-based care changes.
• Support due diligence, integration planning, and implementation activities associated with strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Drive organizational alignment around key strategic priorities.
Telemedicine Operations
• Oversee operational performance of telemedicine programs across post-acute, long-term care, and other care settings.
• Monitor utilization, provider productivity, access metrics, technology performance, and quality outcomes.
• Partner with clinical leadership to improve provider experience and patient care delivery.
• Ensure scalability and operational readiness for telemedicine growth initiatives.
ACO Operations
• Provide executive oversight of ACO operations including beneficiary engagement, network management, quality programs, compliance, reporting, and performance improvement.
• Monitor performance against MSSP, LEAD, and other value-based care program goals.
• Partner with finance and analytics teams to optimize operational drivers of cost, quality, and utilization outcomes.
• Lead initiatives to improve provider participation, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Organizational Leadership
• Build and lead a high-performing operations and project management team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop operational leaders across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business unit leaders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience building or leading a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Strong understanding of value-based care, population health, and healthcare performance management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), ACO REACH, LEAD, or similar value-based care models.
• Experience managing telemedicine or virtual care operations.
• Experience supporting board-level reporting and governance.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Operations Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years of executive leadership experience directing multi-functional teams.
