Show job description

The SW Integration Test Supervisor will provide technical leadership, operational management, and strategic governance for the Software Integration Testing domain. This position oversees the definition and execution of the domain test strategy, resource planning (engineering personnel, test benches, tools, and budget), and schedule alignment with Time-to-Market (TTM) organizational targets. Serving as the primary decision-maker, the role is responsible for formally approving feature-specific test strategies, establishing reliability criteria for promoting automated test suites into release-critical cycles, and enforcing rigorous quality frameworks (ASPICE). In addition, the Test Supervisor will drive strategic initiatives—including modern automation adoption and AI-based testing methods—while mentoring test leads and engineers, fostering cross-functional alignment with development and quality organizations, and delivering consolidated executive reporting on test health and risks.

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve technical standards, architecture, and best practices for automated test development and ASPICE compliance.
  • Participate in early reviews of new feature introductions to assess testing scope, complexity, technical risks, and resource requirements.
  • Consolidate and report domain test progress, automated and manual test results, quality metrics, and risk mitigation plans to executive leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach SW Integration Test Leads and Engineers, driving objective cascades, individual development plans, and training programs.
  • Collaborate across Development, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in automated test development, test suite architecture, automated execution frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of automotive software quality standards, specifically ASPICE and functional safety (ISO 26262).
  • Experience with test resource management, lab/bench environment scheduling, tooling infrastructure, and budget tracking.
  • Proficiency with engineering tracking and reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, and executive dashboarding mechanisms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, technical governance, and problem-solving skills.
