Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to adapt to a new cultural and work environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
