You will own: Safe, on-time sweeping that keeps production crews working instead of waiting Site cleanliness standards that protect pavement quality and cut down rework Daily equipment readiness so your truck is job-ready with minimal downtime Route discipline, site execution, and job completion without hand-holding Field awareness that catches issues early and prevents slowdowns on active sites The condition and presentation of the equipment you run every day Work output that earns Elite Bonus, Tenure Bonus, and Scale Pay through consistency and performance What We Do We provide commercial pavement, maintenance and proprietary winter services to property managers, facility managers, commercial owners, HOAs and general contractors. You do not need to be an asphalt expert on day one. We put you through an intensive two-week onboarding program including industry-specific training and training on our proprietary systems and software. We’re looking for someone who can run their lane, protect the quality of the site, and help crews stay productive without creating extra cleanup, delays, or downtime. Bring proof.
